About the Role

Evolution Mining is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Cowal. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mining site by planning and scheduling maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal asset utilization and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, and engineering, to align maintenance plans with operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with Pronto work management processes and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Request and govern work management master data changes as required, based on equipment strategy reviews, failure analysis, and identified quality errors
  • Develop secondary task lists for recurring work to support effective planning and safe execution
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant mining or heavy industry planning experience
  • Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical advantageous
  • Self-reliant contributor with proficiency in the Maintenance / Work Management Planning area
  • Proficient in MS Office with exposure to Pronto or similar
  • Knowledge of budget process beneficial
  • Shut down scheduling experience highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building at all levels
