Our team of skilled professionals works closely with clients to identify their goals and provide tailored psychological or physical supports to help them achieve their full potential.

Job Description

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with clients to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. You will also work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case management and assessment of clients with various conditions
  • Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaboration with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes
  • Completion of assessments and reviews to support treatment plans and address psychosocial barriers to employment
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA and SIRA Accreditation
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
