Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote return to work and health outcomes
  • Collaborate with employers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support and coordination
  • Provide education and training to clients and employers on injury prevention and workplace safety
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA and SIRA Accreditation
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive car insurance
