The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, full ESSA Accreditation, unrestricted Australian Working Rights, and a current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $110,000 + Super, annual reviews, and achievable bonuses. Our team is dedicated to supporting our staff in reaching their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize clinical decision-making abilities to aid individuals in their recuperation from injury or illness.
  • Develop and implement recover-at-work plans, job task analysis, labour market analysis, and job-seeking canvassing.
  • Handle cases related to return-to-work for various types of insurance referrals.
  • Conduct appropriate evaluations such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments (ADLs).
  • Collaborate and communicate with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals.
  • Report writing.
