Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide occupational rehabilitation services and support clients in achieving return-to-work outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Case management and coordination
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to achieve return-to-work outcomes
  • Conducting assessments and providing clinical expertise

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong work ethic
