Purpose of the Role:
The Account Manager develops and manages opportunities in their territory to meet or exceed sales targets for profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed sales targets for vascular access products.
  • Establish and implement a territory plan including goals and specific actions.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers along the continuum from end-users to c-suite.
  • Develop expertise in vascular access by building and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of customer practices.
  • Demonstrate the use and advantages of vascular access product solutions.
  • Provide market insights on clinical practices, competitive activity, product assessment, and industry trends.
  • Leverage profitable opportunities through sales process discipline.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Significant clinical sales experience in the healthcare hospital market.

Other Working Conditions:
Some weekend work may be required, as well as out-of-hours work and domestic travel.
