Overview:

We seek a skilled Clinical Team Leader to oversee the delivery of care services. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.

The Clinical Team Leader ensures the delivery of high-quality care that meets individual clinical, social, and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert clinical leadership and decision-making to promote best practice in resident care.
  • Leading, coaching, mentoring, and supervising registered nurses to optimize care outcomes.
  • Active participation in quality management systems, including data analysis and trends.
  • Promoting and coordinating clinical documentation, including assessment, care planning, and evaluation.
  • Reviewing progress notes and managing incidents as necessary.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a senior nursing position.
  • In-depth understanding of quality assurance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
