
Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, where you will play a key role in shaping the human resources function.
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and payroll administration. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead the HR function, managing all HR operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing and diverse workforce.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, development, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee records, benefits, and compensation.
- Collaborate with senior management to support the hotel's strategic goals and business objectives.
- At least 5 years' experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, as well as work autonomously.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tertiary education in human resources or a related field.
