This role involves providing strategic guidance to senior leaders on HR matters. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR strategy.

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner who can drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational effectiveness.

  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies, leading efforts in talent acquisition, development, and retention, and implementing programs that support organizational growth and development.
  • Additionally, you will utilize HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, and at least 2 years in a senior HR business partner or similar strategic role.
