We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist/ Manager to join our team in Adelaide, Canberra, or Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering effective communication activities for key projects supporting WHS, Security, and Workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel communication initiatives to promote key project and organisational messages.
  • Contribute to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts, including templates, branding, and messaging guides and standards.
  • Assist in the development of internal communication strategies to promote awareness of project activities and build reputation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to foster strong relationships and promote awareness of project activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience producing compelling multi-channel communication initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts.
  • Prior experience with change communication initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Demonstratable critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Candidates with an active Australian Security Clearance will be considered favourably.
