The Role:

Curtis Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Community Manager to join their team and assist in managing part of their retirement village portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
  • Manage staff rosters, timesheets, and training
  • Organise resident activities, events, and communications
  • Handle administrative tasks like processing invoices, phone calls, and mail
  • Assist with office management as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management, reception, or administration
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • A friendly approach to building relationships with older people
  • A First Aid Certificate and Working with Vulnerable People Check (ACT) are required (or the willingness to obtain them)
