Talent Acquisition Strategist

This is a key role within the Talent Acquisition Team at Kraft Heinz, supporting a variety of recruitment activities across Australia and New Zealand.
We are offering an estimated salary range of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:- Support recruitment activities including overall recruitment, graduate recruitment, talent pipelining, referral programs, and new hire onboarding.
- Manage and update candidates throughout the recruitment process, shortlisting applicants, scheduling interviews, and phone screening candidates.
- Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements on internal careers sites and external job boards.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting activities for the TA team.
- Manage and maintain the ANZ referral program.
- Support graduate program recruitment, employer branding activities, university relations, and careers fairs.
- Exposure to Recruitment, Human Resources, Payroll, or Customer Service roles previously.
- Experience working as part of a team with ability to operate independently and autonomously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and work with multiple systems and websites such as LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, HRIS systems (Workday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple challenges.
- Capability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
