About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of providing global program management across all phases. You'll partner with business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR teams to assess critical business priorities and recruitment needs for early career talent globally.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage the delivery of an agile and scalable global early careers program.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess critical business priorities and recruitment needs for early career talent globally.
  • Plan, execute, and participate in strategic global campus recruiting activities.
  • Establish and maintain a global directory of strategic universities, student societies, and partner organizations.
  • Develop a global playbook for early careers on-boarding and post-hire engagement activities.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create a robust experience that encourages training and development needs of our Early Career talent globally.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on your location and experience.
