About the RoleThe estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Leader and Organisational Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead the development and execution of talent management and organisational development initiatives that support our organisation's purpose and values.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across end-to-end talent and workforce planning and development functions, including talent acquisition and training and development. You will work closely with our Chief People Officer and senior executives to develop our workforce strategy, aligning organisation design and development initiatives with current and future capability requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Leadership Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to leaders and managers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Organisational Development: Lead organisational change initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve business outcomes.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to build the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Employee Engagement and Inclusion: Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and respect among our employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in human resources, ideally including talent management and organisational development, with proven experience in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in community and/or disability services highly regarded.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management and organisational development strategies in complex settings.
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive best practice in performance management, leadership development, organisational culture, and employee engagement.
