Job Title: Electrical Office Coordinator
Estimated Salary: AU$45,000 - AU$60,000 per annum
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within our team and with clients. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work order management
- Client and staff scheduling
- Invoicing, payroll management and accounts payable/receivable
- Marketing and business development
- Quote management
- General office duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience, preferably in the construction or electrical industry
- Technical skills in Tradify, Xero, Microsoft Office Suite
- Own vehicle and Victorian driver's licence
- Satisfactory references from previous employers
