About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fruit and Vegetable Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Drakes Supermarkets.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the fruit and vegetable department, ensuring that all aspects of the store's operations run smoothly and efficiently. This will involve supervising a team of staff, managing inventory levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong understanding of stock control and inventory management.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
