The Role: As the Produce Department Supervisor, you will be given the opportunity to treat the department as if it were your own business. You will have the flexibility to tailor the stores' service and product offering to meet the specific needs of customers within the local area.

Your Responsibilities: Working as part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Fresh food retail knowledge

  • An understanding of ordering, cost control expertise, and gross profit

About the Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive remuneration package that includes attractive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
