Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ordering and Stock Control: Place orders, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate records to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Merchandising: Develop visually appealing displays that showcase our fresh produce and drive sales.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with management, employees, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Food Retail Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a produce department.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and delegation skills to motivate and develop your team.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
