The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to treat the department as if it were their own business, making key decisions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Significant grocery or dairy/freezer retail knowledge and experience
  • Leadership skills, including managing team members and ordering and cost control expertise
  • Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
  • Unparalleled commitment to customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with team members, management and external stakeholders
