We pride ourselves on operational excellence, teamwork, and a strong work ethic — and we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Floor Manager to join our team and take control of daily warehouse execution.

The Role

As the Warehouse Floor Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and executing all warehouse operations. Working closely with the Warehouse Admin team, you'll plan the next day's workload — from container unpacking and put-aways to sale order picking and load-outs. Then, you'll lead from the front, working on the floor with your team to ensure every task is completed to standard and on time.

This is not a desk job — we want someone who thrives in a physical, team-based environment and doesn't clock off until the job is done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Planning: Work with the Warehouse Admin team to prepare next-day operation schedules (unpacks, put-away, sale orders, dispatches).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate warehouse staff to execute daily plans efficiently and safely.
  • Hands-On Execution: Work on the floor alongside your team — you set the pace, tone, and standard.
  • Client Communication: Liaise directly with clients regarding stocktakes, pick issues, and stock movements.
  • Inventory Oversight: Support accurate stock control, including reconciliation of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address workflow issues, and adjust resources as needed to meet operational targets.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain a clean and safe warehouse in line with OH&S standards

  • Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisor role.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Forklift licence highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • A "lead by example" mentality — hands-on and proactive.
  • Strong work ethic — reliability, accountability, and commitment to completing the day's work.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
