The opportunity:

As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will:

  • Model the Sephora experience for your team and customers, embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and support your team's growth through coaching and development.
  • Use reporting data to inform operational decisions, working closely with the management team.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and management, providing feedback and support.
  • Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, confidently making store decisions.

This role offers the chance to work across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories, as well as store functions like sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

You will receive onboarding training and ongoing development via our online platform and field trainers, with opportunities for career growth within Sephora and the LVMH community.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You are open to rotating shifts to support store needs.
  • You have retail management experience, including profit and loss, sales forecasting, team management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
  • You enjoy being hands-on on the sales floor, motivating and coaching your team.
  • You are passionate about excellent customer service and experiential retail.
  • You value a positive, inclusive culture where everyone is recognized and supported for success.
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Please note, only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered. Our busiest days are Thursday to Sunday, so availability across these days, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays, is preferred.
