Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Delivery Strategist to lead our cross-functional squad in delivering high-quality digital projects.

This role requires a strong track record of managing delivery dependencies, collaboration with vendors, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and be able to guide and coach teams to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Skilled in working with multiple stakeholders to achieve unified goals and successful project outcomes.
  • Dependency Management: Strong capability in managing internal and external delivery dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to inform and engage senior stakeholders, manage risks, and coordinate releases.
  • Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies beyond Scrum, including Kanban, SAFE, and traditional ways of delivering projects.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in building meaningful relationships, making a positive impact on team performance, and driving successful outcomes. The successful candidate will take responsibility for one dedicated cross-functional squad with multiple POs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile squads of business analysts, engineers, and testers in a customer-centric environment.
  • End-to-end delivery of digital projects, exceeding client expectations for quality and value.
  • Excellent leadership and facilitation abilities to guide and coach cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Self-driven and creative problem solver.
  • Experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Iteration Manager on digital projects.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and dive into detail.
  • Process-oriented with a love for attention to detail and high organization.
