The Victorian Cardiovascular Research Network Lead plays a pivotal role in driving day-to-day operations and supporting the growth of cardiovascular research network in Victoria.

- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the health and medical research environment in Victoria and Australia is essential.
- Experience in planning and delivering research, capacity building and/or networking events is required.
- This role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to manage projects proactively and autonomously.
- Maintaining positive and effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders is critical.
- The successful candidate must have proven collaboration and high-level negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various audiences, including government, researchers, executives, donors, and community members, are necessary.
