This role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and pursue their goals. You will be matched with clients based on your skills, experience, and availability.

Job Description

The specific duties and responsibilities of this role will be agreed upon with the client or their family. You will work together to create a personalized support plan that meets their needs and promotes their independence.

Skill Requirements
  • You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • You should be patient, empathetic, and able to adapt to different situations and environments.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential, as you will be working with individuals with varying levels of ability and need.
