Multiple positions are available.
In this role, you'll be supporting one of our wonderful NDIS participants with personal care, daily living, and community access—helping them live with dignity, choice, and confidence.About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily living needs while promoting independence and respect.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Providing personal care (showering, grooming, hygiene)Providing assistance with daily living activities.Assisting with mobility and manual handling, including 2:1 hoisting for toileting (bed to wheelchair)Changing incontinence pads and supporting continence careMonitoring skin integrity, hygiene, and overall wellbeing to help prevent infections and pressure injuriesPreparing meals and assisting with light household dutiesSupporting community access and providing companionshipEncouraging independence and empowering client choiceShifts:This role offers 24/7 availability, with a variety of shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight, Monday to Sunday.RequirementsMinimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability / Aged Care) or equivalent qualificationMinimum 1 year of relevant experienceNDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent First Aid & CPR certificationWorking With Children Check (WWCC)Manual handling experience (or willingness to complete training)COVID-19 vaccinationCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicleWhy Work with Us?
