Job Title: Support Professional for Individuals with Disabilities
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will assist clients with daily living tasks, such as showering and dressing, and accompany them in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to clients with disabilities.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
- Accompany clients in the community and participate in activities that promote independence and social inclusion.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic or Persian language.
- First Aid Certification.
- Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Certificate.
- Driver Licence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of disability support principles and practices.
