About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Resource Management Professional to join our team at Vero Insurance. This role will be responsible for administering all regular and recurring resource processes in the Enterprise Delivery practice, including onboarding, offboarding, and change management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new employees, including security requests, building access, workstation arrangements, laptops, telephony, and remote assistance.
  • Offboarding: Coordinate the departure process for exiting employees, including contract closure, asset return, and systems deactivation.
  • Change Management: Manage security requests, coordinate with teams, and implement changes as required.
  • Weekly Resource Meeting: Lead a weekly meeting with the team, discuss progress, and assign action items.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts, timesheets, and chargebacks.
  • Maintain People Metrics Data: Ensure accuracy and completeness of people metrics data, including project and organizational charts, resource master data, and directory information.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in administration support or HR within a corporate environment.
  • Experience with recruitment coordination, resume evaluation, and candidate shortlisting.
  • Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry is highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to show initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills, strong Excel skills essential; PPM knowledge desirable.

About Us:

Vero Insurance offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
