About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Resource Management Professional to join our team in Turkey/India/Poland (country may vary). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilisation of our consultants across various projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the resourcing function, ensuring seamless allocation and utilisation of internal and external resources between client projects and internal tasks.
  • Develop and maintain resource forecasting models based on inputs from Sales, Support, and Delivery teams.
  • Manage end-to-end engagement of contractors, including negotiations and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Oversee the engagement of onshore and offshore resources with sister or partner organisations.
  • Maintain accurate utilisation levels and trends, providing real-time reporting on roster coverage, demand, and gap analysis.
  • Identify instances of under-utilisation and conflicts, implementing corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Responsible for monitoring resourcing aspects of projects to ensure adequate resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sales teams, delivery managers, and clients.
  • Drive skill matrix maintenance by consultants for up-to-date skill classifications.

Competitive Salary Range: €60,000 - €90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in resource management, preferably within IT consultancy or professional services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP, SAP, or Analytics is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-managed, with a high level of professionalism and ethics.
