Property Management Opportunity

Our property management company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Property Manager.

This role will involve working closely with clients to ensure their properties are well-maintained and their needs are met. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for attending routine inspections, private viewing appointments, and ingoing and outgoing reports.

Additionally, you will arrange maintenance of properties as required, provide value-add services for both landlords and tenants, and negotiate the letting of property and renewal of tenancies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Property Management Registration Licence and a self-motivated attitude with a strong passion and care for our customers. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks, and innovative problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Current Property Management Registration Licence
  • A self-motivated attitude with a strong passion and care for our customers

  • Excellent understanding of PM software (Property Tree preferred)
