Job Title: Property Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff in the leasing and management of rental properties
  • Assist with documentation such as leases, inspection reports, and management agreements
  • Respond to general enquiries from tenants
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs in consultation with senior staff
  • Assist with property inspections and open homes
  • Prepare and update rental lists and website content

In this role, you will have the opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge through industry-leading training. You will also be supported in your career development, with options for sales assistant or personal assistant pathways under the Principal/Director.

Requirements:
  • Current South Australian Property Managers license
  • Valid driver's license
