As a landlord, our Principal Michele was constantly frustrated by the lack of communication and care from her Property Manager. She often wondered whether she could do a better job and started her own business:.

**Your typical day**:

- Attending routine inspections, private viewing appointments, ingoing and outgoing reports
- Arranging maintenance of properties as required
- Providing value add services for both landlords and tenants
- Timely and professional communication with clients
- Negotiating the letting of property and renewal of tenancies
- Training, development and support of fellow team members

**You will bring**:

- Self-motivated attitude with a strong passion and care for our customers
- Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Open & Honest communication skills

**Salary**:
This is a trainee role paid per the award with opportunity.
