Job Opportunity:

As a Sales Consultant for a reputable New Homes Builder, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the home-buying process. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, while providing tailored suggestions to enhance the client's lifestyle.

You will be the primary face of the builder, establishing key relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Your role will involve overseeing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and collaborating with land agents to ensure timely responses to inbound leads and appointment requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Actively network with land agents and ensure timely responses to inbound leads and appointment requests.
  • Take advantage of an uncapped commission structure, providing you with the opportunity to maximize your earnings.

Work Schedule:

This position requires weekend and public holiday work, with two weekdays off (Monday – Friday). You will be offered one weekend off per month.
