New Home Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Newcastle and Hunter, New South Wales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on house design selection, upgrades, and options, and ensuring that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the display center
  • Greet and assist visitors to the display home, providing advice on house design selection, upgrades, and options
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers in making informed decisions within timeframe and budget
  • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
  • Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations

Requirements:
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a need to win
  • Residential sales experience is an advantage, but experience in a face-to-face sales environment is essential
