As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from beginning to end, suggesting extras and plans to take clients' lifestyles to the next level. You will be the face of the builder and the first point of client contact, ensuring a top-class customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage leads, processing and closing deals
- Network with land agents to establish relationships and secure new business opportunities
- Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads and appointments
- Negotiate with clients to secure sales, sometimes under pressure
- Work autonomously and use initiative to drive sales results
Requirements:
- Experience in the New Homes industry or construction sales
- Target-driven and money-motivated attitude
- Proactive approach to managing customer relationships
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Autonomy and initiative to drive sales results
