The Role:

Senior Human Resources Partner

This senior-level position is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with our organization's ambitious workforce objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on people management and drive business outcomes through effective HR service delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR projects and initiatives, leveraging best practice systems and approaches
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, senior management, and key stakeholders to champion stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Provide subject matter-specific data analysis, insights, and reports on HR project delivery and solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Proven generalist HR experience, preferably in a business partner or advisory role
  • Proven experience in developing strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work within a COE model in a large complex organization, coupled with a collaborative approach
  • Agile solutions-orientated approach, coupled with the ability to coach and empower leaders to make informed people decisions
