About this role: The People Operations Specialist is a seasoned Human Resources professional who provides strategic support across the entire employee lifecycle and transforms HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational tasks for the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, and internal changes.
  • Provide advice, guidance, support, and coaching to leaders and employees on employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all leaders and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies, procedures, and practices to align with legislation changes and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a similar Human Resources role within a global organization.
