Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Advisor

Role Overview

This is a key role in our organization that plays a crucial part in implementing our People Strategy.

You will work closely with business units to provide advice on people practices, policies, and procedures. You will also partner to drive compliance, performance, and employee engagement.

The role involves working with teams across Recruitment, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Workplace Health and Safety, Workers Compensation, HR Systems, and Payroll Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex case management matters using digital case-tracking systems and analytics.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for business units to provide advice and guidance.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters within business units.
  • Apply knowledge and expertise to create and implement cultural initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated capability in conducting, coordinating, and reporting on complex case management matters.
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree or diploma level in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in providing a range of Human Resources generalist advice.
  • A consultative approach in delivering human resources services.
