Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B SaaS sales to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to engage with prospective customers, showcasing the value of Deputy's solution in simplifying administration, solving staffing problems, and improving employee engagement.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales enablement programs, ensuring that sales teams have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures, helping to drive business growth and improve sales efficiency.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs, ensuring that sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in one of Deputy's core verticals of Hospitality, Retail, or Healthcare is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
