Customer Success Manager, Small Business

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our ANZ Small Business team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be accountable for ensuring customer growth, delight, and retention for complex customers who require higher-touch service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customized strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams.
- Engage customers in strategy conversations to derive maximum value from their investment in HubSpot.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and develop risk mitigation plans as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success outcomes.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of driving customer growth and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights.
- Experience with CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing automation.
