About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our ANZ Small Business team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be accountable for ensuring customer growth, delight, and retention for complex customers who require higher-touch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams.
  • Engage customers in strategy conversations to derive maximum value from their investment in HubSpot.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and develop risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights.
  • Experience with CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing automation.
