About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Business Development Executive to join our Honan Real Estate team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Sydney office, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations, maintaining a large portfolio of potential accounts and a high frequency of sales work.
  • Utilise existing networks, account leads, and targeted research to gain business or interest from small, straightforward potential accounts in a delegated small region or industry.
  • Assist senior-level colleagues specialising in various markets and/or industries with various aspects of the deal process to gain broad exposure, new relationships, and relevant experience.
  • Maintain a thorough awareness of market occurrences, including important developments, trends, competitors' positioning, and the status of business contracts to assist in identifying potential business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in insurance or real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • A valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
