Talent Acquisition Specialist
The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to operate across the business as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end talent initiatives, from strategic sourcing and internal mobility to co-creating capability plans with business leaders and delivering inclusive, data-driven strategies to attract, grow, and retain high-performing talent.
- Build scalable frameworks and talent pipelines by creating talent assets and collateral within the organization to effectively embed talent practice across the business.
- Spearhead change management and process improvement by supporting and developing best-practice onboarding processes for leaders across the business.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working as a strategic Talent or Performance Partner in a large retail environment.
- Data analytics expertise to drive capability within the Talent team.
- Initiative-taking mindset to improve current systems and processes.
- Effective communication skills with sharp problem-solving ability.
