Expert Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in placing contract or temp roles, with a strong focus on delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and present top-tier candidates for various clients across industries including banking, education, healthcare, and more.
  • Bilateral discussions with decision-makers to identify key requirements and develop effective placement strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

You will be working closely with Project & Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to place exceptional talent in positions that drive real change in tech, people, and process.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a strong track record of placements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
