Early Careers Recruitment Consultant Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for executing impactful early careers campaigns and attracting top talent from diverse backgrounds.

  • Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for bringing on board the best and brightest students and recent graduates through our graduate and intern campaign.
  • University Partnerships: You will establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, student groups, and career services to enhance our presence and create talent pipelines.
  • Brand Promotion: You will showcase our brand across social media and other advertising channels to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Event Management: You will manage and coordinate a high volume of early careers events, assessment centres, and key recruitment activities.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: You will work closely with teams to deliver recruitment strategies that support our diversity objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will provide reporting and insights to help refine our programmes and ensure they remain innovative and competitive.
