Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is highly regarded within the broader People & Culture group. As a specialist in this field, you will partner with Corporate Platforms to support end-to-end talent acquisition and strategic sourcing initiatives that align with business strategies.

  • You will engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to successfully deliver key resourcing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, utilising various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of quality talent.
  • Collate, distribute, and present market intelligence and insights to your key portfolio groups and stakeholders.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to influence and educate hiring managers to develop their recruiting and assessing capability.
  • Be accountable for managing any utilisation of recruitment agency and search consultants in adherence with agreed protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively engage with our candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to successfully deliver key resourcing initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, utilising a variety of sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of quality talent.
  3. Collate, distribute, and present market intelligence and insights to your key portfolio groups and stakeholders.
  4. Utilise data-driven insights to influence and educate our hiring managers to develop their recruiting and assessing capability.
  5. Manage any utilisation of recruitment agency and search consultants in accordance with our organisational protocols.
