The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is highly regarded within the broader People & Culture group. As a specialist in this field, you will partner with Corporate Platforms to support end-to-end talent acquisition and strategic sourcing initiatives that align with business strategies.
- You will engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to successfully deliver key resourcing initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, utilising various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of quality talent.
- Collate, distribute, and present market intelligence and insights to your key portfolio groups and stakeholders.
- Utilise data-driven insights to influence and educate hiring managers to develop their recruiting and assessing capability.
- Be accountable for managing any utilisation of recruitment agency and search consultants in adherence with agreed protocols.
