Expert Talent Sourcing Specialist
Skillfully identify and engage top candidates with specialized expertise to fill niche positions, leveraging deep industry knowledge and innovative sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective job posting strategies on specialized platforms to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, and networking, to connect with potential candidates possessing the required skills and qualifications.
  • Design and execute targeted candidate attraction strategies, such as mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing, to cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and other channels to establish rapport and interest in opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, ensuring data-driven sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
  • Share market and candidate insights with business stakeholders and counsel them on sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Promote the employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting strengths in the industry and career growth opportunities.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
  • Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in, the life sciences industry is required.
