Job Description

This role will involve working in the field, providing installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for our products. The successful candidate will be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers, ensuring their success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a personal sense of integrity. They will also possess a system level approach to problem solving and an analytical mindset with a strong drive to resolve open issues.

  • Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot and support scientific instrumentation
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and providing follow-up plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other science-related field desired; equivalent experience and training considered
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in scientific instrumentation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of scientific application workflows and software systems (CDS, SDMS, LIM, ELN)
