The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- In-depth understanding of product development
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of financial products and regulatory compliance
- Ability to prioritize and execute product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
