Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or B2B sales, with a strong focus on blue-collar and white-collar sectors.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from initial client engagement through to successful placement. You will manage business development activities, including making sales calls, attending client meetings, and generating new job opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on permanent placements across various regions, covering areas east of Homebush and Bankstown in Sydney, as well as national opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales
  • Natural ability to build rapport and close business deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Results-driven mindset with a resilient, can-do attitude

You will work collaboratively with your immediate team and the greater community to achieve success. In return, you will gain access to an extensive list of lapsed clients, a Business Development Manager who will generate business for you, and an incumbent who can guide you.
