Business Development Executive

This is a challenging role that requires a proactive and driven professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement through to successful placement.

The primary focus of this position will be on business growth – making sales calls, attending client meetings, and actively generating new job opportunities to fill.

  • This involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • You will have access to an extensive list of clients, a Business Development Manager who will generate business for you and an experienced colleague who can guide you.
  • This role offers a great opportunity to work collaboratively with your immediate team and build strong relationships.

To be effective in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales (blue/white collar focus preferred)
  • A natural ability to build rapport and close business deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A results-driven mindset with a resilient, can-do attitude.
