What You'll Do:


•Own the full 360 recruitment cycle – source, recruit, and place top talent for temporary and permanent roles.


•Build killer relationships with clients, from regular site visits to managing key accounts like a pro.


•Curate and maintain a dynamic candidate database that's always ready to deliver.


•Coordinate a reliable casual workforce with precision and flair.


•Smash client and candidate expectations with your exceptional service.


•Handle admin tasks like a boss, keeping everything running smoothly.


•A High Volume Industrial Staffing Account Manager Rockstar with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment + account management.


•A people-person with killer client engagement and customer service skills.


•Creative, solutions-driven, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.


•Organized, time-savvy, and flexible to meet the demands of a buzzing business.


•A self-starter who thrives independently but loves being part of a national team.

Hours:Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm – because we know you've got a life outside of work too
